Who we are

Nightlyfe ("we", "us") operates a nightlife discovery and skip-the-line app for people 21 and older. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You must be 21+ to use Nightlyfe.

Information we collect

Account info — name, email or phone number, and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
Location — your approximate or precise location, only while you use the map and only with your permission, to show nearby bars, lines, and to validate skip-pass redemption at a venue.
Purchases — records of skip passes you buy. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Survey responses — answers you submit in optional in-app surveys.
Usage & device data — app interactions, device type, and diagnostic data to keep the app working.

How we use it

To show live crowd levels, lines, and nearby venues.
To sell, deliver, and validate skip-the-line passes.
To run optional surveys and reward credit.
To improve the product, prevent fraud, and keep accounts secure.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Nightlyfe (e.g., Google Firebase for backend/data, Stripe for payments), with partner bars only as needed to validate a pass you present, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can turn off location permission at any time in your device settings, request deletion of your account and associated data, and opt out of non-essential notifications. To make a request, email NightlyfeSupport@gmail.com.

Data retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Nightlyfe is strictly for users 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
